Valeo North America gets partial success in patent infringement case against Trico Products
Trico infringed Valeo’s US Patent No. 7,937,798 (“798”); did not violate Patent No. 7.891,044 (“044”); does not get cease-and-desist order
On Monday (16 November), US International Trade Commission judge Thomas Pender ruled that Trico Products Corp. infringed one of Valeo North America Inc.’s windshield wiper blade patents.
