Magna receives issuer bid exemption order for share purchase
Bid expires on 13 November 2016
Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has issued a bid exemption order that allows Magna to make private agreement purchases of Magna International’s common shares from an arm's length third-party seller, according to a press release by Magna on 27 November.
