Renesas to transfer Tsuruoka factory in Japan to TDK
Definitive agreement on the transfer expected by end-February 2016
TDK, Renesas Electronics and Renesas Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (RSM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Renesas Electronics, inked an agreement on 27 November, under which Renesas will transfer RSM’s Tsuruoka Factory in Japan to TDK, the companies announced in separate press releases.
