Ford announces USD1.3 billion investment at Kentucky plant in US, personnel changes
Planned investment includes an all-new body shop, facility upgrades and retooling
Ford has announced a portion of the USD9 billion investment in US plants it committed to with the most recent UAW contract on 1 December. The company is investing USD1.3 billion into its Kentucky, United States, truck plant, home to the Ford F-Series Super Duty, which is all new for 107 model year and features much more aluminium than the prior truck.
