Bharat Forge and Mahindra CIE Automotive, a strategic alliance between Mahindra & Mahindra and CIE Automotive, are among the front runners to acquire Germany-based forging supplier Neumayer Tekfor from the current owner Amtek Auto, reports The Economic Times (ET).
