Goodyear, Magna offer senior notes
Magna’s notes are due to mature in 2022 and Goodyear’s notes in 2023
Goodyear Dunlop Tires Europe B.V. (GDTE), the European subsidiary of US-based Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, will start private offering of EUR250 million (USD271.2 million) aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2023
