Acquisition extends IDT’s line of programmable power devices, scalable power management solutions
Integrated Device Technology (IDT) has completed acquisition of privately-held fabless semiconductor manufacturer Zentrum Mikroelektronik Dresden AG (ZMDI) for USD307 million, the two companies said in joint press releases.
