Federal grand jury in US indicts three executives of Eberspächer subsidiary for price fixing
Espar also pleaded guilty earlier this year and paid USD14.9 million in fine
A federal grand jury in Detroit, Michigan (United States), has indicted one current and two former employees of Espar Inc., a subsidiary of Germany-based Eberspaecher, for conspiring to fix prices of park heaters used in trucks to keep drivers warm, the United States Department of Justice said in a press release yesterday (9 December).
