Taiwan fines Japanese electronics companies for price fixing
Companies fined for USD176 million
Taiwan's competition policy watchdog has fined Japanese electronics companies operating in the country a total of TWD5.79 billion (USD176 million) allegedly due to the companies forming a cartel and fixing prices of products such as capacitors, reports the Japan Times.
