Volkswagen (VW) plans to install flat batteries in its future vehicles to strengthen its electric vehicle (EV) lineup, reports Bloomberg citing an interview of VW brand chief, Herbert Diess, and labor union representative, Bernd Osterloh, in the automaker’s internal staff newspaper Insight.
