Magna-Tech to serve as subsidiary of Henkel Corporation
Henkel’s US-based subsidiary, Henkel Corporation, has acquired Magna-Tech Manufacturing, which is headquartered in Muncie, Indiana (United States), the company announced in a press release on 15 December.
