Lenders have set condition for loan including capital infusion, personal guarantee and pledging of promoter shares
Amtek Auto has sought additional loan of INR24 billion (USD358.3 million) from its lenders to meet working capital requirement and repay high-cost debt, reports The Economic Times (ET).
