Valeo to acquire Germany-based Spheros
Company to get Spheros’s 1,100 employees
Valeo has signed an agreement with a German private equity firm, Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG), to acquire Spheros, an air-conditioning systems producer for buses, according to a company press release.
