Acquisition worth USD55 million
Grammer has completed the EUR50-million-acquisition (USD55 million) of the plastics specialist Reum Group, which includes Reum Kunststoff- und Metalltechnik GmbH and Reum Polska Sp.z.o.o., according to a company press release.
