Toshiba introduces flash memory chip, Ethernet bridge for automotive applications
Expects Ethernet device have lower cost, weight compared to standard devices
Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc. (TAEC) has debuted a new memory chip, 15nm e-MMCTM 1 NAND Flash, and an Ethernet bridge solution for automotive applications at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2016, according to a company press release.
