Lawsuit claims supplier was unable to engineer and produce doors for the Model X
US electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Tesla is suing Swiss parts supplier Hoerbiger Automotive Comfort Systems for allegedly misrepresenting its ability to design and build falcon-wing doors for the Model X.
