New safety regulations coming into effect in October 2017 will require new vehicles to meet minimum frontal- and side crash test

Automakers in India have begun offering safety technologies such as airbags and anti-lock-braking systems (ABS) in most of their cars, including in price-sensitive entry level models, report Business Today.
