Integration will result in formation of new JV company
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (MAT), a group company of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), and Fuji Oozx have agreed to integrate their automotive engine valve businesses, according to a MHI press release yesterday (28 January).
