Ningbo Joyson Electronic, Preh to take over TechniSat’s automotive business
Two companies to acquire 50% each of TechniSat Automotive division
The Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp. and its subsidiary Preh Holding GmbH are each acquiring 50% of the TechniSat Automotive division from TechniSat Digital GmbH, according to a press release on 2 February.
