PPG, Bridgestone receive US DOE fund to jointly develop fuel-efficient truck, bus tires
Tires to be produced on PPG’s AGILON performance silica platform
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is providing funds to support a collaborative project between PPG and Bridgestone Americas, Inc., to develop fuel-efficient tires for trucks and buses, according to a press release by DOE.
