French automaker PSA Peugeot-Citroën aims to increase localisation at its plant in Russia. SKRIN Newswire reports that by 2017, the automaker aims for a 50% localisation level at its Kaluga plant, up from the current 35%. The report quotes Alexander Migal, the managing director of the Peugeot, Citroën and DS brands in Russia.
