Exco Technologies signs conditional agreement to acquire interior trim supplier
Company expects to receive all approvals by 31 March this year
Exco Technologies has signed a conditional purchase agreement to acquire a group of private companies for USD73 million, excluding assumed debt of USD4 million, Canada-based automotive interior trim supplier said in a press release.
