Move to make up for the diesel emissions scandal

Volkswagen has been asked by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to build electric vehicles at its plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee, United States, in part to make up for the diesel emissions scandal, reports Reuters, which cites a German newspaper Welt Am Sonntag for the original report.
