Battery pack and control system will be manufactured at LG Chem's Michigan, USA plant.

South Korea's LG Chem will be supplying lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries for Chrysler's Pacifica hybrid minivan, reports Yonhap English News. The electric-vehicle (EV) battery manufacturer will be supplying its 16 kWh battery pack and control system, which will be manufactured at LG Chem's Michigan plant in the United States. The companies did not reveal financial details of the new supply contract.
