Acquisition expands KS Huayu AluTech’s aluminum machining capacity
KSPG’s subsidiary KS Huayu AluTech has agreed to acquire assets of struggling supplier Albert Hackerodt Maschinen- und Werkzeugbau, the Germany-based engine components manufacturer said in a press release.
