Uno Minda acquires lighting business of Spanish supplier Rinder for USD22 million
Acquisition strengthens Uno Minda’s international presence, customer base and product development capability
The India-based Uno Minda Group has agreed to acquire the global lighting business of Spain-based Rinder Group for EUR20 million (USD21.8 million), the company said in a press release.
