KS Kolbenschmidt takes over 30% shares of Riken Automobile Parts’ (Wuhan)
Riken Automobile Parts (Wuhan) Co. Ltd., a joint venture (JV) between KS Kolbenschmidt GmbH—a subsidiary of KSPG—and Japan's Riken Corporation, has begun its activities, KSPG announced in a press on 21 March.
