Chinese supplier expects to complete KSS takeover in first half of 2016
Chinese automotive components producer Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corporation is pushing for global growth with two recent acquisitions. In February, Ningbo Joyson and its subsidiary Preh Holding took over German infotainment company Technisat Digital.
