PKC Group forms JV with JAC subsidiary in China
JV finalisation expected by second half of 2016
On 29 March, PKC Group signed a joint venture (JV) contract with Anhui Jianghuai Automobile’s (JAC) subsidiary, Hefei Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd (Hefei JAC), to expand its business in China.
