Volkswagen (VW) India to recall 3,800 Vento cars over excessive emissions
German automaker also temporarily holding back sales of MT variant of sedan powered by 1.5 L diesel engine
Volkswagen (VW) has said it will recall 3,877 units of its Vento sedan in India over excessive carbon monoxide (CO) emissions. All of the recalled vehicles are powered by a 1.5-litre diesel engine and mated to a manual transmission.
