Former executive of Nishikawa Rubber plead guilty, to serve 18 months in US prison for price-fixing
Also pay USD20,000 in criminal fine
Keiji Kyomoto, a former executive of Japan-based auto parts supplier Nishikawa Rubber, has pleaded guilty and was sentenced to serve 18 months in a US prison for his role in price-fixing and bid-rigging of automotive sealing products sold in the United States, the Department of Justice (DOJ) said in a press release on Wednesday (20 April).
