Motherson Sumi Systems Limited (MSSL), the flagship company of India-based Samavardhana Motherson Group (SMG), has reported a 48% year-over-year (y/y) increase in net profit to INR12.74 billion (USD192.2 million, 31 March 2016) for the financial year ended 31 March 2016, the company said in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
