Acquisition to strengthen Yokohama’s product line-up of commercial tires
Yokohama Rubber has received approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for its planned acquisition of the off-highway-tire manufacturer Alliance Tire Group (ATG), according to The Economic Times report.
