India’s Samvardhana Motherson raises USD300 million
Company to use proceeds from note issue in capital expenditure, pay third-party debt
Leading Indian auto parts supplier Motherson Sumi Systems Limited said that its subsidiary Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems will raise USD300 million with the issue of senior secured notes, according to moneycontrol.com.
