PPG acquires coating service provider MetoKote
Acquisition expected to be completed in third quarter
PPG has reached an agreement to acquire coating services provider MetoKote for an undisclosed amount, the company said in a press release. MetoKote provides coatings to parts and systems manufactured by its customers at their production sites in North America and Europe.
