Beijing engine plant was opened in 2013

Daimler and Chinese partner BAIC Motor have signed a CNY4-billion (USD605-million) deal to expand the engine plant of the Beijing Benz Automotive Company (BBAC) in Beijing, China, according to the German automaker in a statement sent directly to IHS Automotive.
