Acquisition to strengthen Parker Hannifin’s position in global sealing markets
Parker Hannifin, a global provider of motion control technologies and products, has acquired two units of the Jäger Group—Jäger Automobil-Technik GmbH and Jäger Automotive Polska Sp. z.o.o, according to company press release earlier this week.
