Tesla did not disclose the crash in securities filings when it announced a USD2 billion stock sale on 18 May
According to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is investigating whether Tesla should have disclosed the fatal Autopilot crash to investors.
