Denso settles class action lawsuits in US
To pay USD193.8 million to the ‘end-payor plaintiffs’ and USD61.2 million to ‘automobile dealership plaintiffs’
Denso and its certain consolidated subsidiaries have entered into a settlement agreement with the ‘automobile dealership plaintiffs’ and ‘end-payor plaintiffs’ in class action lawsuits in the United States, the Japanese supplier said in a press release today (15 July).
