Russia lifts imports duty on EVs
Duty on electric cars was first cancelled in February 2014, but exclusion was not extended when it expired earlier this year
The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) which comprises Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan, has approved a move to remove taxes from the imports of electric vehicles (EVs), according to a Bizekon-Russica Izvestia report.
