Tower Automotive files for reorganisation
Sale to Cerberus affiliate to be completed by 31 July 2007
Tower Automotive has filed for reorganisation with the US Bankruptcy Court in New York. The filing will also cover an earlier sale agreement with an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, LP for substantial Tower assets.
