S&P say use of Chapter 11 to reduce labour costs could increase chances of bankruptcies
Standard & Poors has issued a research note suggesting that "as bankruptcy becomes increasingly attractive for some US auto suppliers as a means of reducing costs" it is concerned "that such filings may become strategic options rather than last resort".
