Russia Tires Russia-based tyre manufacturer Amtel-Vredestein N.V. announced the purchase of 63 multi-brand tyre sales and service centers in major cities across Russia. The purchase is in line with the company’s commitment to expand its retail network by the first quarter of 2006, as it raises the number of outlets for the company to 104.
