Autoliv and Nissin Kogyo create new braking JV
Autoliv and Nissin Kogyo have entered into a definitive agreement to form a joint venture (JV) for automotive brake control and brake applying systems for light vehicles. In separate statements, the companies said that the JV will combine the current brake control business of Autoliv and Nissin Kogyo's automotive braking business, managed by NK Group.
