Mitsubishi stops production of i EV variant, Outlander PHEV in Japan over battery glitches
Mitsubishi Motors has halted production of its Outlander plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV) and a variant of its i electric vehicle (EV) in Japan after reports of glitches in lithium-ion battery packs, reports Automotive News.
