Sales of EVs in Russia fall 28% y/y in H1
Tesla led EV sales, followed by Mitsubishi
The Russian government's plans to incentivise the sales of electric vehicles (EVs) in the country appears likely to be an uphill struggle after it was reported that EV sales in the country fell by 28% to just 33 units in the first half of 2016, according to statistics reported by Autostat, and quoted by Skrin newswire.
