ZF joins race to acquire Haldex; makes higher bid than SAF Holland
Haldex board recommends ZF offer
ZF has joined the race to acquire Haldex by announcing a public offer of SEK100 (USD11.71) per share in cash for the latter, according to the company’s press release yesterday. This values the Sweden-based braking and suspension systems supplier at SEK4.4 billion (USD516.4 million).
