Motherson Sumi plans to raise around USD532 million through share issue, QIP
Plans preferential allotment of 17.8 million equity shares or FCCB of up to USD84 million to Sumitomo Wiring Systems
Motherson Sumi Systems (MSSL), one of the leading auto component manufacturers in India, plans to raise a total of INR35.6 billion (around USD532 million) through share sales/foreign currency convertible bond (FCCB) and qualified institutional placement (QIP), the company said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
