NXP to offer USD1 billion of senior unsecured notes
To use the proceeds from the issue for redemption of outstanding senior secured notes
Netherlands-headquartered NXP Semiconductors, in a press release dated 8 August, said that its subsidiaries NXP B.V. and NXP Funding LLC plan to issue USD1 billion of senior unsecured notes due 2022
