Malaysia targets 100,000 EVs on roads by 2020

This is up from 891 e-vehicles on Malaysian roads currently

The Malaysian government has set a target to get 100,000 electric vehicles (EV) on roads by 2020, up from just 891 e-vehicles registered under the Road Transport Department (RTD) currently, a report in The Sun Daily quoted Datuk Seri Mustapha Mohamed, International Trade and Industry Minister, as saying.
